Capital Q® Ventures Portfolio Company Mostest Raises Oversubscribed $4M Seed Round to Accelerate AI-Driven Event Booking
Led by Capital Q® Ventures, NEXUS Luxury Collection, and T-Squared Social, the funding supports Mostest's technology, hospitality partnerships, and expansion.
We live in a world where almost everything is instantly accessible, yet booking an event still feels like it did 20 years ago. We built Mostest to change that.”
NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, October 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Mostest, an AI-powered event booking platform and portfolio company of Capital Q® Ventures Inc., has raised an oversubscribed $4 million seed financing round at a $16 million post-money SAFE valuation cap. The investment marks a significant milestone as the company advances its mission to make booking an event as simple as making a dinner reservation.— Sarah Klingman, Founder & CEO, Mostest
The round was led by Capital Q® Ventures, NEXUS Luxury Collection, and T-Squared Social, the hospitality and entertainment venture co-founded by Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake. Additional participants include Wildwood Ventures, Locker Room Capital, and Newbond, alongside strategic investors and advisors Todd Deutsch, Charlie Walk, Jeffrey Davis, and Neal Luthra.
Founded by CEO Sarah Klingman and Co-Founder and CTO Aaron Kennedy, Mostest is modernizing a traditionally fragmented industry through artificial intelligence, hospitality technology, and personalized event planning support.
The company reports facilitating more than $126 million in event spend across over 1,700 events, generating seven-figure revenue at an early stage and demonstrating growing demand for a more efficient approach to event booking.
“We live in a world where almost everything is instantly accessible, yet booking an event still feels like it did 20 years ago. Whether it's an intimate gathering or a large-scale corporate event, the process remains unnecessarily complex. We built Mostest to change that. Our opportunity isn't simply to make planning easier. It's to transform how an entire industry sells, books, and executes events, bringing the same speed and simplicity consumers expect from everyday transactions to events of every size.”
— Sarah Klingman, Founder & CEO, Mostest
Transforming How Events Are Booked
While consumers can book flights, hotels, and dinner reservations in minutes, planning private and corporate events often requires multiple inquiries, manual proposals, unclear pricing, and extensive coordination.
Mostest is developing AI-powered technology to simplify this process, connecting event customers with hospitality operators through an integrated platform designed to move inquiries toward confirmed bookings.
For hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups, Mostest provides an always-on AI-powered sales and booking engine that helps streamline inquiries, generate proposals, and capture additional event revenue without proportionately increasing sales resources.
For individuals and corporate customers, the platform brings venue discovery, transparent pricing, vetted vendors, and expert planning support into one experience, simplifying the process from initial concept through event execution.
Unlike traditional event marketplaces focused primarily on generating leads, Mostest is designed to facilitate the booking transaction itself.
The company is also testing its technology with major hospitality groups, hotel chains, and Fortune 500 companies, supporting its expansion into enterprise event booking and hospitality partnerships.
Supporting Mostest's Next Phase of Growth
The new capital will accelerate Mostest's AI technology development, deepen integrations with hospitality partners, expand enterprise relationships, and support entry into additional markets.
“Mostest is addressing a significant inefficiency in the hospitality industry by transforming how events are discovered, booked, and executed. Sarah and her team have demonstrated an ability to translate that opportunity into meaningful traction. We believe their approach has the potential to reshape how hospitality operators capture demand and generate revenue, and we're excited to support their continued growth.”
— Michael “Q” Quatrini, CEO, Capital Q® Ventures Inc.
As businesses continue investing in in-person experiences and hospitality operators seek more efficient ways to capture demand, Mostest is positioning itself at the intersection of artificial intelligence, hospitality commerce, and the growing events and experiences economy.
With its latest financing, established booking activity, and expanding enterprise opportunities, Mostest is focused on building the technology infrastructure to make event booking faster, more accessible, and more efficient for customers and hospitality businesses alike.
